1. Program Purpose

Chaos to Clarity is a personal development and mindset coaching program designed to support individuals—especially military veterans—in managing stress, anxiety, and PTSD through non-clinical methods such as energy work, mindset training, and somatic awareness.

This program is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling in this program, you confirm that you:

•Are at least 18 years of age

•Are participating voluntarily

•Understand that this program is not therapy or a medical treatment plan

•Are not in a mental health crisis or in need of emergency psychiatric care

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Group coaching participants are also expected to respect the privacy of others.

4. Payment & Refunds

All program fees are due as agreed upon during enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

•Payments are non-refundable once sessions begin

•Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled

•Payment plans must be honored as agreed

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances, but are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided—such as PDFs, videos, worksheets, and program frameworks—are the intellectual property of Invite Life Wellness and are intended for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any part of this program without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Results

Your results depend on your commitment and participation. While the tools shared are powerful, Invite Life Wellness makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. Your transformation is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Invite Life Wellness is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in this program. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being throughout the program.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the program or materials after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
